A cuisine (from the French word for "kitchen") is a specific set of cooking traditions and practices, usually associated with a place of origin or religion. A cuisine is typically strongly influenced by the ingredients that are available locally. Often the name [Chinese cuisine]? is used to refer to some other Asian cuisines.
