Yankee's go for a Four-Peat, with all the exciting Play-By-Play on 77 WABC.

Let's make it one more World Series run for the Yankee's, right here on the flagship station for every game, 77 WABC. The Yankee's have had an incredible run, winning 4 of the last 5 World Series. WABC listeners will continue to enjoy the best baseball team on radio, with John Sterling and Michael Kay behind the mikes. While WABC radio will remain free as always, Major League Baseball has decided to begin charging for internet streaming of the Yankees and other teams. Subscribers will be asked to pay $9.95 a season to listen to the games at www.MLB.com. WABCradio.com will not be allowed to stream the games to it's listeners over the net. This was an agreement between Major League Baseball and RealAudio. WABC had nothing to do with the decision. Direct your comments to Major League Baseball. You can e-mail them at fanfeedback@website.mlb.com.

The Yankee's are looking as strong as ever, and have made some moves to shore up their pitching, hitting, and fielding. Pitcher Mike Mussina joined the Yanks from Baltimore, to replace the departed David Cone who went to Boston. The Yanks have moved Chuck Knoblauch from 2nd base to fill the left field gap, keeping his lead-off bat in the line-up. With the most feared starting rotation in baseball, hitters will cringe at the likes of Mussina, Roger Clemons, Andy Petite, and Orlando Hernandez. Don't forget the strong bullpen, led by closer Mariano Rivera.

Sit back and enjoy baseball the way it's always been....on the radio. So many fans listen to Sterling and Kay while they watch the tube it hard to count. It's looks like another great year for the boys in pinstripes. Don't forget to hear Michael Kay's "Kay Korner" reports every Friday at 8am with Curtis and Kuby, and a few new wrinkles to our coverage coming up.
