Her creation: Grilled Italian Meat Loaf!! 1 1/2 lbs. gound beef 1/2 lb. ground Italian sweet sausage 1 egg 2 cup mozzarella, grated 1 small onion, chopped 3 slices soft bread crumbs 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 small jar, or 1/2 jar (26 oz) favorite spaghetti sauce. (preferably one that is less sweet like Contadina) Parmesan cheese (preferably fresh grated) to taste Use indirect grill method on a barbecue grill. Mix ground beef with 1 and 1/4 cup mozarella cheese, egg, bread crumbs, onion and seasoning. Mold into round loaf, and place in a shallow pan. Place pan on center of cooking grate. Cook for 55 minutes. Pour off drippings. Pour sauce over loaf. Mix leftover mozzarella cheese with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle top with the two cheese mixture. Cook 25 minutes more.
