Customer Privacy
MeasureCast's mission to become the standard for streaming audience measurement requires that we adhere to strict privacy policies regarding customer and listener information. (Our listener panel has its own privacy policy.) Any contact and business information provided by a customer or partner is kept strictly confidential. MeasureCast will never sell, trade, or share this information.
MeasureCast collects specific data about our customers' streaming events. This data includes the stream URL, IP address, and global user identifier (GUID) of the media player, and time and length of the stream event. This information is aggregated and provided in summary form to all MeasureCast subscribers. In addition, regular reports may be released to the public, at the sole discretion of MeasureCast, Inc.
Security
MeasureCast employs the latest security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. Servers are housed in a secure location behind a network firewall, and we restrict the number of MeasureCast employees who can access personal data. Please be advised that perfect security does not exist on or off the Internet.
