NASCAR finally got it right Sunday. Tinkering with spoilers and restrictor plates at Talladega produced 49 lead changes among 21 drivers -- the final pass coming with two laps remaining by Dale Earnhardt, who won the Winston 500 and $1 million in classic fashion.
