Each night you rule the bench as head coach. In rotisserie leagues you take on all nine owners at once, all of whom are trying just as hard as you to gain that three pointer or increase their FG %. In Head-to-Head play you are matched against different opponents from your ten team league each week.
You make the decisions on who to start and who to bench each night. But there's no need to check with the front office if a player is slacking. As GM you're free to wheel and deal at will, proposing trades to other team owners and grabbing players off waivers.
