Capuano comes to ESPN after one year (1999-00) as a sports anchor, reporter and producer for weekend news programs at KRIS-TV in Corpus Christi, Texas. Prior to KRIS-TV, she was the sports director at KCTZ-TV in Bozeman, Mont. (1998-99).

Capuano also served as play-by-play commentator, analyst and sideline reporter at KPAX-TV in Missoula, Mont., for Division I men's and women's college athletics. She has also served as a sports producer for UPN-13's Talking About Sports, a 30-minute, live, weekly sports talk show in Los Angeles (1997-98).

A 1995 graduate of the University of California in San Diego, Calif., Capuano holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry and cell biology.
