    HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ESPN INSIDER ACCOUNT?
    ESPN.com uses a secure server for all credit card transactions so you are able to quickly, easily and safely purchase an ESPN Insider account online.

    HOW DO I LOG IN TO AN INSIDER ARTICLE/AREA?
    You can log in by clicking on links that are preceded by a small IN circle . You will then be prompted to enter your member name and password. After clicking OK, you will be granted access to the Insider article/area.



    HOW DO I RECOVER MY MEMBER NAME AND/OR PASSWORD?
  • Click on Help from here or from the front page of ESPN.com
  • Click on "Lost password recovery"
  • Enter your member name, first name, last name, code word type and code word and click on the "Submit" button
  • The following screen (titled "Found password") will display your member name and password



    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T KNOW ALL OF THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO RECOVER MY MEMBER NAME OR PASSWORD?
  • Click on Help
  • Click on "Lost password recovery?"
  • Click on "We have another way for you to find your password"
  • Enter your username and click on the "Submit" button
  • Your password will be sent to the email address listed in your account information



    HOW DO I CANCEL AN ACCOUNT?
  • Click on Help
  • Click on "Modify or cancel your account"
  • Enter your user name and password and click on the "Find Account" button
  • To cancel your account, click on the "Cancel Account" button
  • Click on the product that you would like to cancel
  • Select the reason for cancellation
  • Click on the "Cancel Product" button



    I RECENTLY CANCELLED MY ESPN INSIDER ACCOUNT. DO I GET A REFUND?
    The following excerpt from the ESPN.com Terms of Service Agreement explains the cancellation/refund policy:
    Initial purchases:
    "Starwave agrees that it will terminate Customer's account upon notice from Customer. If cancellation is received within the first 30 days of Customer signing up for a service, Customer will be refunded all subscription fees for that service, but Customer will still be obligated to pay any other charges incurred. If Customer cancels a service after 30 days of signing up for a service, no refund for unused time on such service will be made. If Customer has a balance due on any Starwave account, Customer agrees that Starwave can charge these unpaid fees to their credit card."

    Insider renewals:
    "Customer will have forty-five (45) days after the date that any renewal fee is posted to Customer's charge account to notify Starwave that he or she wishes to cancel his or her subscription. Starwave will cancel Customer's account upon receipt of such notification and post a credit to Customer's charge account equal to the latest renewal fee charged."

    I OWN A FANTASY TEAM BUT DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE INSIDER AREAS ON ESPN.com. WHY NOT?
    Fantasy Team ownership does not include access to the Insider areas of ESPN.com. You must also own an ESPN Insider account. For more information about becoming an ESPN Insider, please visit the Insider Tour.

    HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

  • Click on Help
  • Click on "Modify or cancel your account"
  • Enter your user name and password and click on the "Find Account" button
  • To change account information, click on the "Edit Member Info" or the "Edit Security" button
  • Make the necessary changes and click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen



    HOW CAN I CHECK MY ACCOUNT BALANCE?
  • Click on Help
  • Click on "Modify or cancel your account"
  • Enter your user name and password and click on the "Find Account" button
  • To see your balance, click on the "View Billing" button



    IS PURCHASING AN ADDITIONAL PRODUCT ANY DIFFERENT?
    No, it's not different. You can purchase another product so all of your ESPN.com products are accessible with the same user name and password. If you already have an account with us, you will not need to fill out the entire user account information form a second time.

    To add an additional ESPN.com product:
  • Go to the tour page of the Fantasy Team or Insider product that you are interested in purchasing
  • Follow the instructions to purchase the desired product

    WARNING: If you decide to purchase an additional product by creating another account (new user name and password), you will later be required to exit and then re-enter your browser each time you want to switch between accounts.



    CAN I USE A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD FOR ADDITIONAL PURCHASES?
    Yes, you can. You may enter a new credit card number into your account profile by following the steps below:
  • Click on Help
  • Click on "Modify or cancel your account"
  • Enter your user name and password and click on the "Find Account" button
  • Click on "Edit Member Info"
  • Scroll down towards the bottom of the page and enter a different credit card number
  • Click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page to complete the modification
  • All future purchases and renewals will be billed to the recently updated credit card
  • Any future refunds will be credited to the recently updated credit card as well



    HOW WILL ESPN.com CHARGES APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?
    Charges will appear on your credit card under the name STR*ESPN SPORTSZONE. If you are a monthly or annual Insider, your first charge will occur automatically at the end of your 30 day free trial. Special packages (such as Fantasy Games) will be billed in full at the time of purchase.



    WHAT IS THE FREE "REGISTRATION"?
