The Sr. Software Engineer will lead the technical development for wireless applications on ESPN.com. This senior position will be responsible for managing and growing the Wireless Group. They will be responsible for innovating applications that extend ESPN.com to the wireless world. Applications such as wireless news and info, wireless alerting and extensions to existing Fantasy Sports Games. Creation of new wireless games are just a few examples of the types of applications that will be built within the Wireless Group. This position will evaluate emerging technologies and help define ESPN.com's wireless strategy.

Requirements:The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; 5 - 7 years of practical development experience; a strong understanding of Java (JavaBeans, Servlets, etc) or C++, a strong base of objected oriented development experience, and experience with wireless technologies such as WAP, HDML, Palm PQA development and SMS Messaging. GRAPHIC DESIGN

INFO / INTERFACE DESIGNER
