Derby got a taste of their own medicine as Charlton overturned a two-goal deficit to deny Jim Smith's side their first win of the season. County had earned the reputation as the Premiership's comeback kings following their midweek recovery from 3-0 down against Middlesbrough to draw 3-3, but last season's First Division champions grabbed two goals in three minutes early in the second half to draw.
