General Information
FINDING PRODUCT:
AnotherUniverse.com has the largest collection of Sci-Fi, comics, and entertainment collectibles in the galaxy. Use the links in the Left column, or front page to find the items that interest you. If you are having trouble finding things try our Store Index, where you can enter keywords to search for product or browse through our index.
Once you have found an item that you would like to purchase, press the button "Add This Item to My Shopping Cart", or the link "Buy It" to add that item to your shopping cart.
YOUR SHOPPING CART:
Your Shopping Cart screen will display a list of all the items you have selected thus far, their prices and your total. You can always get to your Shopping Cart by pressing the button marked "Shopping Cart" at the top of every page.
If you want to change any of the information in the Shopping Cart, make the changes on the screen and hit Change (or Remove, if you want to take the item off your order altogether.)
ORDER INFORMATION:
Once you've loaded up your Shopping Cart exactly the way you want it, hit "Place Order" to check out. First we'll show you a list of all the free gifts you can have just for ordering from AnotherUniverse.Com, and which you can choose from.
After selecting the free gifts that you qualify for you will be asked for ordering information: your name, address, method of payment, shipping address, emails, etc... Once your information is entered, submit the form to go to the shipping page.
At the Shipping Page you can choose your preference for shipping, and see all of the rates available based on ship method. Choose your shipping, and submit the form to go to the Verify Page.
ORDER VERIFICATION:
This is the last page for ordering. At the Verify page, all the information about your order will be displayed, so that you may verify that all of your information is correct and that you are getting the items that you requested. If you find any mistakes, please go back and correct them -- this is your last chance. If everything is ok and you are ready to order, press the button marked "Submit this order". Please be patient as your order is written, it can take a couple of seconds.
Once your order is written to our system, you'll see written confirmation on your screen. As we'll confirm receipt of your order by email immediately. If you don't hear from us, contact Customer Service.
We will make every attempt to list only in-stock items on AnotherUniverse.com, but there may be instances when a popular item may sell out quickly. Should this occur, your order will be adjusted and processed immediately. Your credit card will only be charged for those items shipped.
In the event of a credit card problem, we will e-mail you immediately to inform you of the situation. We will then wait up to 10 business days for your response and then e-mail you once more before canceling the order. Customer Service will respond to your e-mail within 48 business hours. Our hours of operation for e-mail are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm EST and our phone hours Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST.
Ordering by mail is simple. Just browse
AnotherUniverse.com and fill up your shopping cart. When you've
finished shopping, click on Place My Order. Fill in the order form
and then select the Order By Fax or Mail option. You'll get a page you can print out and mail in.
